Sports Programme  

Every Friday we run a Sports Programme in the Preschool developed by a University Graduate in Sport.
This gives the children a chance to develop the fundamental physical skills needed for future sporting success.
Of course team work is also an important part of the programme.

Discovery Garden and Adventure Forest

At The Village, we have lots of space to play and explore the outdoors.
Our Discovery Garden gives the children a chance to learn about
the natural environment and the Adventure Forest allows them to take risks and challenge themselves.

Mini Movers Dance Programme

Twice a week our Toddlers have a Mini Movers Dance Class led by a fully qualified Dance Teacher.
This is designed as an introduction to learning through music and dance where the children are inspired to be expressive, imaginative and creative.

Community Visits 

Community plays an important part in The Village curriculum,
and we like to get the children involved in activities within our local community.
Lately we have been visiting the Enliven Programme and enjoying getting to know some of our elderly neighbours.

Community Garden 

Children at The Village love being involved in our local Community Garden. The children take care
of their own plot, from planting to growing and harvesting, and then enjoy preparing and eating what they have grown.
It's a great way to learn about all kinds of things, from natural life cycles to nutrition.
